We work closely with Provincial Realty, an affiliated firm, to insure maximum coverage of available opportunities.
Operators often require additional equity to grow, or wish to divest a portion of their shareholdings as part of a retirement strategy. We match operators with strategic investors and occasionally invest alongside our clients.
We work with businesses in financial distress, on behalf of lenders or shareholders, and provide hands on restructuring services, including formulating strategy, refinancing debt, recapitalizations, operational changes, contract negotiations, and interim management services.
